Tom Barnard is the Associate Director for Outreach & Engagement at Baylor. In this role, Tom is responsible for providing Baylor's Division of Student Life with marketing strategy and tactics that connect 20,000+ students to involvement opportunities at Baylor that result in all students being meaningfully engaged outside the classroom.
For the past decade, Tom has acted as one of the primary photographers of All-University Sing. All of the photography on this website from 2017-Present was shot by Tom.
